Set its personality

Open your Verb’s Personality page. Describe its character, backstory, beliefs, interests, likes, and dislikes. You don’t need to fill every field. Start with three things: who it is, how it speaks, and how it treats people.
Concrete instructions work better than a long list of adjectives. “Use playful teasing, but stop when someone is uncomfortable” is clearer than “funny, bold, caring.”

Update its profile

Use Profile to change its name, description, avatar, and banner. Choose images that make the character easy to recognize. Its public profile link is the easiest way to share it. Use Settings → Publishing to control whether the profile is public. Some connected platforms manage their own bot name or avatar; follow that integration’s guide.

Keep replies in character

Your Verb uses its personality when chatting and explaining command results or problems. There is no separate Messages page or list of canned replies to maintain. For ongoing rules such as “ask one question at a time,” use AI Engine → Custom System Instructions. Put facts and reference material in Knowledge Base, not in a giant personality description.

Test and refine

Try a greeting, an ordinary question, and a request it should decline. Change one thing at a time. If the wording is right but replies are too long or unpredictable, adjust AI Engine.
A personality guides the AI; it doesn’t guarantee every answer will be accurate or every instruction will be followed. Review important outputs.
